Holy Mary, Mother of God, I turn to you with humility and a heavy heart. Lately, I have been feeling low, anxious, and depressed, and my prayer life has been poor. I ask you to guide me, through your help, to your Son, Jesus Christ, so that I may experience peace, find renewal for my heart, and receive the blessedness and joy that would not be possible without your motherly love and care.
Blessed Virgin Mary, through your beloved Son you have helped countless people. Your motherly embrace is warm and safe, a true refuge for us lost and sorrowful children of God. I ask you to help me feel the presence of your Son, Jesus Christ, in my life, so that I may walk with confidence along the path that God has laid out for me. Be with me, I pray; help me, my beloved Mother.
